The fire truck ladder AL-52 (65115) with a lift
The aerial ladder is designed for:
evacuation of people from heights;
transportation of fire-fighting equipment;
providing technical assistance;
supplying water to the fire from an external source (tanker truck);
supply of air-mechanical foam to the fire site with the intake of foaming agent from an external source (tanker truck)
The design of the AL provides static and dynamic stability and strength, ensuring the possibility of safe rescue operations and fire extinguishing, including:
- when installed on a surface with a slope of up to 6 ° inclusive;
- when working with a monitor nozzle (with remote control) with a flow rate of at least 20 l/s and a pressure of up to 0.6 MPa, installed at the top of a non-leaning ladder or in a cradle;
- when the wind speed at the level of the top of the ladder (cradle) is no more than 10 m/s.
The total mass of the aircraft, its distribution along the axles and sides within the limits established for the basic chassis.
The AL has an electro-hydraulic emergency drive, which allows it to be moved from the deployed position to the transport position.
The maximum speed of the AL is not less than 90 km/h.
The ladder package (boom) consists of telescopically connected sections (knees). The system of extension (movement) of the knees ensures their smooth movement, and when stopped, it reliably holds the knees relative to each other.
The steps of the stair package have a non-slip rubberized surface made using the vulcanization method.
At the top of the lower knee of the AL, a device is provided for attaching a cargo rope when the aerial ladder is used as a crane.
The top of the AL has frontal impact limiters.
The boom is equipped with a load limiter, which prevents the ladder from moving when loaded with a load that exceeds the rated load capacity by 10%.
The AL controls provide the ability to perform at least two maneuvers simultaneously.
The floor of the platform and cradle prevents slipping.
The material of the platform frame, compartments, and cradle is a steel profile pipe.
The platform, compartments and cradle lining material is corrugated aluminum sheet.
The illumination level of the compartments is not less than 10 lux.
The design of the compartments prevents water and dust from entering them and complies with the protection level IP 45 according to GOST 14254.
The supporting surface of the footrests prevents slipping.
The cradle and the lift have a fence formed by two rows of handrails at a height of 1.1 ± 0.1 m and 0.7 ± 0.1 m. Along the perimeter of the cradle floor there is a continuous fence (skirting board) with a height of at least 0.1 m. The floor area of the cradle is at least 1.1 m² . The floor area of the lift is at least 0.7 m². The width of the doorway of the cradle and the lift is at least 450 mm.
The AL is equipped with intercoms that provide loudspeaker two-way communication between the main control panel and the top of the ladder and/or cradle.
The AL control system is equipped with a wind speed sensor (anemometer) located on the top of the knee package and provides an indication of wind speed readings on the display of the main control panel.
The AL is equipped with an advanced safety system, which has additional interlock circuits and an alarm. The main control panel is equipped with a 7” color display of the indicator block with graphic and numerical information about the position of the cradle on the working field.
Parameters controlled from the operator's seat:
– height of the top of the stairs;
– staircase reach;
– angle of ascent of the stairs;
– angle of rotation of the stairs;
– transverse angle of the boom;
– length of the stairs;
– boom overload;
– information on reaching the limit values of controlled parameters.
The control panel facing the operator contains:
– LCD display of the indication and control unit;
– engine “Start” and “Stop” buttons;
– control levers for the mechanisms for lifting the set of knees, rotating the platform, extending and sliding the set of knees;
– switch for restoring the operation of the stairs after blocking;
- PU lighting lamp.
The main control panel of the AL is equipped with an adjustable operator seat.
The design of the fire ladder must provide for the possibility of the ladder operating with the extension supports installed on one side (without extending the supports on the opposite side), while the ladder must operate only in the direction of the extended supports.
The AL safety system excludes: overloading of the knee set; all maneuvers of the knee set (lifting, extension and rotation) without bringing the support contour into working condition and when any support is torn off during deployment and rescue operations; work outside the “safety field”; rotation towards non-extended supports.
Additional safety system circuits provide:
– protection of the AL knee package from a frontal impact, necessary to prevent breakage of the knee package upon contact with an obstacle;
The paint used is a two-component, corrosion-resistant primer.
Color and signaling devices according to GOST R 50574-2019.
The fire ladder meets the requirements of the state standard ST RK 1981-2010 "Fire-fighting equipment. Fire ladders. General specifications".
The reliability and efficiency of the vehicle operation in climatic conditions from - 40 0 C to + 40 0 C is ensured . The hydraulic oil used in the hydraulic system of the outriggers and all ladder movements ensures their stable operation at low temperatures down to - 5 0 0 C.
Warranty is not less than 18 months from the date of delivery.
